Default Throw Out Bearing Question

When ordering a new throwout bearing they asked if the clutch was 220mm or not?...Honestly I have no clue what they are talking about?...anyone know?..Thanks

The clutches for the 88-91 ed chassis civic/crx are different. The 88 is different from the 89 and the 89 is different from the 90-91.

well this is for a jdm B16 so I was ordering for an Integra LS...dont know if it is 220mm or not..dont know the difference

Just get a bearing for the 90-91 integra LS and I am pretty sure that the 90-91 integra clutch is 220mm.

these are the part numbers for Acura;
91006-634-008 >pilot
22810-PS1-015 >throwout

wait i thought that the 88 was the only different spine count....88 was different then the 89-91 ef si tranny.

As far as spline count yes. The 89 has the same spline count as the 90-91 but a different clutch surface area.

ummm but it bolts right up to my 91 clutch/flywheel? i have a 89 si tranny. i thought the only difference is the groves on the spindle which only tells what year it is?

88 and 89 have a smaller pressure plate than the 90 and 91's

but..an 89 si tranny will still bolt up to the 91 motor...as long as you use the 91 clutch/flywheel and all that other neat stuff

That is the exact setup I am using and I can verify that. I am using an '89 si tranny and 90 flywheel and clutch. Works well.
