Where to find a 2.75" 90* aluminum elbow?
I need an elbow to weld on my endtank and im having some trouble finding aluminum elbows. I dont need a 90* bend with 6" legs or anything, just a night radius elbow for an endtank. thanks
2.75" 90* elbows are not made. The closest thing would be 2.5" pipe OD 90* which would give you a 2.78" OD.
Do you know what wall thicnkess and what quantity you are looking for?

well the intercooler I bought said it has 2.75" outlets, and I was gonna just cut one off and weld an elbow on. I guess I could always weld some sheet metal in and make a hole for 2.5" which is what size piping im using for my setup anyways.

Mills do not produce 2.75" tube od 90* elbows.
That is not to say some guy with a bender can make them, but they are not produced on a large scale.

We only buy from mills so I can't always tell what someone out there might be making. Sorry if you actually thought I meant you'll never find one. That wasn't my intention.
A guy with a bender and some material can make anything you want. But finding a reliable source would be quite hard. If the ebay guy can get him what he needs than that would be his best bet.
I gave an alternative which is 2.5" pipe or 2.78" OD. This is the closest thing he will find that is stocked anywhere on a regular basis.

dont buy the Ebay pipes that someone posted a link to. they are paper thin like soda can thin....
You can try and weld but it will just melt like nothing.
Trust me from experience!

also you could bore out the hole on the intercooler to 3" and use the 3" elbow.
But then you would have to go with 3" piping......
Just some ideas..

well I was looking for a cast elbow with a tight radius but it doesnt look like those are made, so im going to try to run the piping like all other hondas. I have an 04 civic (D17 suckaz) and there isnt much room on the drivers side.

The real question is how tight of a radius are you looking for? I have the 2.5" pipe od (2.78" od) 90s in both long and short radius. I'm just not sure how tight you actually need.
