Tuning with uberdata, ecu/obd question

Tuning with uberdata, ecu/obd question
Ok I know nothing about tuning and someone is tuning my car this Friday with uberdata. He says all I need is a OBD1 ECU and Conversion harness. I searched but couldn't find exactly what I needed. The car is a 98 Prelude.
If I got this

As for the ECU, sounds kind of sketchy. What PERFORMANCE CHIP is it? You will need more than the conversion harness.
Try going and searching for OBD1 to OBD2 conversion. It has been covered a lot and there are some very informative threads on it already with some of the questions you have.
