Default b16 cams?

Would a Civic SI 99-00 benefit from GSR Cams? I heard the GSR cams have longer lobs on them, is this true?

If you want to do a cam upgrade for a Civic Si, buy either Integra Type R cams or Civic Type R cams if you can find them. They're pretty much the same with the exception 3 degrees different duration on the middle lobe of the intake cam. They've been known to add quite a bit of power above 5600 rpm on the GSR and Si engines. They're well worth the upgrade in my opinion. Just be sure you buy the appropriate valve springs and retainers with them...
