Did a search on this, but didnt come up with a solid answer. First off, are omni springs and retainers good? Can they be used with ITR valves? I do not beat on the car too much, but i will like to take it to the track some this summer, I need reliability for a daily driven, mildly built B16a. Also need to know if upgrading the keepers is a good idea, I have heard to use ITRs, or is there an aftermarket company that makes these?

 

Alot of motors built here... What did you guys use?
