I am currently putting the 2000 model jdm integra type r into my 94 dx civic hatch back. it has a act extreme pressure plate and street disc.....it also has the act 8lb lightweight flywheel......when i'm done....does anyone know what kinda times this thing will run in the quarter?.....and top speed anyone? just wandering how bad this thing will be u know? Was this a good choice or wat? thanx alot!

You'll run 5's in the 1/4 and will need to get a parachute. Top speed will probably be around 350mph.

JDM ITR motor can't fit in a 92-95 civic. It's too ******* big. You gotta cut the firewall and wheel wells man.

Even if you could, that motor is a piece of ****. seriously.

 

ya, i also think you will be hitting low 5's if not high 4's on your quarter mile times....but 350 top speed seems kind of funny to me...im thinking more like 450-ish. Plus one parachute isntgoing to be enough for your oh so JDM swap.

 

with you driving about a 16.299@95mph.

 

 

Whatever the ITR specs are, you should be close to it. Lighter flywheel and lighter car will drop the 1/4 mile time slightly.

With that engine you don't have to worry about gutting your car man! Your back seats are going to fly right out! The only bad part about that engine is that it has so much torque that you're going to go through tires every 1,000 miles...
