Ok, i plan on boosting my civic si to about 15psi and i wanted to know if 440cc RC injectors will do. And what is the difference b/t the saturated and peak/hold injectors? Which should i get? ThaNKs

 

You need at least 550cc injectors.

Your car's stock injectors are saturated. If you use peak and hold you will need to wire in a resistor box.

i'd recommend 600s or higher... unless you want higher-than-stock fuel pressures, 550s might not be enough for 15psi.
At 10psi with 440s I'm forced to have over 55psi static pressure...

 

Where do you guys get the resister box from? Can you just get it off a crx or older prelude?

 

I saw a guy run 15 psi on Prelude injectors. He was at a high 12 sec 1/4......They would be cheaper

 

Hmm.........on an Si at 15psi the most hp you can hope for is about 320whp. 440 would be OK but they would be damn near maxed out. I think 550 with the resistor box is the best bet.

 

If you get the 550cc then they will have to be peak hold and you will need the box, 440cc are the biggest saturated injectors you can get.......

Prelude injectors are around 290cc I dont think he was running 15psi on them.........

Nah RC makes 550cc and larger saturated injectors, they are just more expensive.

 

So then i should get the 550cc then? Ok...thanks guys for the help. I might even run close to 18psi because i think i'm gonna get that hondata 2b off of groupbuy soon. So i should probably get even bigger than 550. Wut would i need for 18psi? And also where do i get the resistor box for the peak and hold injectors? ThankS again for the help

 

my car made 380whp with 440cc and 12:1 fmu at 18lbs.i have those same 440cc injectors for sale for $250.
