do you have coilovers also? I had a problem with my stock shocks/coilovers and the dust shields. I didn't know what it was but every time I hit a bump there was a loud smacking sound, it was the metal dust shields banging into the coilover, I took the shields off and problem was solved.

yaah, the metal dust shields must not be installed. had gc/agx combo for a mere 7 months and they work perfectly fine.

I got clunking noises in the rear too everytime I go over bumps or driveways.
I just have the kyb agx with coils, no shields. It's so annoying cuz I can't figure out where it's coming from.

Like others have said this is probably caused by the metal dust boots in the rear. I had the exact same problem , here´s a link to my thread about the problem (pics are gone though) https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=923004
