Default Which cam is ideal for my compresison?

I've been doing some research and found lots of different routes....

My set up :
JDM p30 B16 I/HE
Skunk 2 IM,Stage 1 or stage 2 skunks,Supertech Springs and Retainers, ITR LMAs
Aasco 11.4 fly, Exedy Stage 1, CTR crank pulley
VAFC2

My plan was to get Skunk2 Stage 2s, but I can only get ~11.0 compression with milling the head 0.020 (OR thin headgasket). And if I cut that down too far, I might have valve/piston clearance issues. So, since I"ll pay the same amount for stage 1 skunks as I would stage 2s, Should I :

Continue with stage 2s - Dont worry about the 11.0 compressoin because the clearance will NOT be an issue, There will be MORE power still than stage 1s
OR
just get the stage 1s - more ideal for an easier obtainable compressoin (maybe modify the stock HG for 1-2 layer or a lighter mill OR get 11.0 again with 0.020 off if that would be best - NO clearance issues? and Very easy to tune.

Thanks for your help. I'm doing this build this week and need to know.

im running skunk2 2's now, they do a great job. And a buddy of mine w/ a pr3 has the stage2's aswell. in my opinion take opion A.(Continue with stage 2s - Dont worry about the 11.0 compressoin because the clearance will NOT be an issue, There will be MORE power still than stage 1s)

I want to clarify that I will have to mill my JDM b16asir2 0.020 to get 11.0 compression.... and you're saying that with the biggER cam (Stg 2 ) there will stilll be NO clearance probs? For sure? Because honestly I dont have time to clay the engine (Unless its super easy, but I'm unfamiliar with the process)

bump, and what would be the best way to bump the compression, milling or taking out layers of the OEM HG? i really can't afford a mugen/spoon HG.
