need help bad losen hope on my swap
swapped a 95jdm b16 into a 97 civic dx. have a obd conversion harness no cel lights but my vtec engages smooth then boggs and sputters and 6000 rpm somebody please help with vtec off it does not do it untill you get up to about 7500 but its not as near as bad as when vtec is on. please help

What ecu are you running?
Also when exactly does it bog and studder? At 6k or 7500 (which btw is to high for that motor). Could be that your hitting the rev limitor.
