how much does the crx si weigh and how much does the hf weigh?
hey im looking to buy a crx 88-91. i want to get the lightest version possible. so im wondering how much each model weighs. oh and how much does the dx model weigh? are there any other models available? thanks people

how much does it weigh? and do u know the 1/4 mile time it would hit with a stock b18c1 in there? thanks

Thats why I ghave you the link so you could look it up as for 1/4 times and for that matter the exact weight why dont you search and you can find out some answers.

I would recommend searching for how much a b16 weighs compared to a d15 (uh something) and then just add and subtract and tada you got your answer.

B-series is about 110 lbs heavier... so in a 88HF (1819 lbs stock) should weigh about 1930 lbs or so...
One part that a lot of people forget with an HF is you must switch to the larger style knuckle, so you'll be running heavier brakes, knuckles and axles. Everything adds up! Thats why I'm going back to d-series... I doubt it will be as fast in straight line, but the handling will be inproved greatly.

My 91 HF w/ b16a weighed in at 2000lbs with full interior and no ac or powersteering crap. The scale is used to load bulk trucks up to 80,000 so i wouldn't be surprised if it weighs alittle bit more (+ 40lbs - 60lbs).
