Default searched for days......obd0-obd1 swap, dizzy question

i need to know is will a d16z6 dizzy work with my b20vtec in an crx converting to obd-1????

i now hear that it will be 20 deg off, any way to fix this?
i have one in my garage and it seems to fit decently, probably just cut/modify the "lobe" of the dizzy closest to the vtec solenoid. would that solve my problems and work fine?

i swear ive heard something on this before, and i have been searching for an hour, maybe i just suck lol....thanks in advance

It will bolt on and run, but you wont either wont be able to retard the timing far enough or advance it, I cant remember which it is.

I tried this and If I recall correctly the furthest I could retard the timing was atleast 20 degrees advanced.

You can always adjust the spark timing with your engine management however it doesn't adjust your fuel timing. You would need to get it where a stock distributor would be. You might need to make a bracket to get it right.
