Default fuel pressure reg...

I have a usdm obd2 motor that I converted to obd1. My question is should I try to find an obd 1 fpr to match up with the obd1 injectors?? Since they are much larger than the obd2 injectors I figured maybe the pressure setting is diffrent.

Well I felt my car was sluggish off the VTEC lobe and I didn't think it pulled too hard in VTEC either. I also used an insane amount of gas. I got my car dynoed today. 162hp / 137 ftlbs. This is with I/E/H. Pretty low. Turns out I am runnig extremely rich. So rich in fact that it does'nt even read on the dyno graph. When my VTEC engages it THEN barley reads, but is still rich. The tuner said with A fpr and VAFC i can pick up 10-15 hp easily. I dont know if my current fpr is fubar'ed or if the combo I mentioned in my first post is the problem.
