Even though that's a civic, its the same thing. It's used in japan to help people park in tight spots. The pole will extend out of the bumper and people can see where their bumper ends.

And to answer the original question, I think they may have come on the 4th gens but I really doubt they came on the 5th gens. Correct me if I'm wrong people.

Yeah, no kidding. I'm all about JDM but that is stupid. Learn how to drive your car
I (and most capable drivers) can park in tight places without a ******* pole helping me

If you need that on your civic accord etc to park you should not be driving at all.

That sig he has is from Tucker Max and it should be quotes as so.

Personally I think the bumper pole is stupid and would be a waste of money.

Its a bunch of outrageous stories by some dude that are funny but obviously made up.

As far as bumper poles go, I see a lot of old people with those setups that beep when you get close to an object. I personally don't need one

I drive a school bus and if I can park that thing and it's 35 feet long and 8 feet wide, you can learn to park an Accord. Why not just get curb feelers like the old people have on their crown vics?

lol, well i think that in general, although im not asian, i can safely say that japanese auto makers are slightly ahead of us here in America, and as far as technology goes, well, you just have to check out every single engineering or tech program in America, all asians including japanese, indians, chinese and other various asians. Driving-wise, well thats a whole different story, but hey, who ever said you needed to know how to drive for them to give you a license?

i think everyone is missing the point. he just wants to add JDM goodies to his car and not help his parking skills.

its like people buying JDM parking stickers and attaching it to their back windshield

Just break off a antenna from a car/home radio, duct tape to your bumper.
