oil in cylinder help!!!!!!!!!

Default oil in cylinder help!!!!!!!!!

i have a 91 si hatch with a b16a1, i was changing my o2 sensors
and i pulled the exhaust manifold off and their is alot of oil caked on the first cylinder port. like almost a quarter/inch thick. i just put the motor in about 3 months ago. what is causing this??? vaulve seals or piston rings??????? i'm doing a leak down test this weekend. any suggestions??
