Default My polished lip isnt looking to polished anymore, how do I bring the shine back?

Alright, I got a set of BSA wheels they are silver with a polished lip, anyways the polished lip isnt even shiny anymore and after using them this winter it looks like the previous owers used something course to keep the lip clean cuz it is scuffed up with i belive brake dust in the scuffs. anyways How do I shine then up again? Does anyone know of a good right up or could you explain how to polish the lip to me?

thank you
Kyle

mothers polish and a clean rag will do the trick. You can pick the stuff up at any Autoparts store for about 4 bucks. I would post pictures of my results but I am too much of a noob to figure out how lol... but it does work very well

some polishing steel wool and following it up w/ the aforementioned mother's mag wheel polish would bring it back to life

wenol or anything that is real polish (abrasive)
some are a rating like sandpaper ex. 2000grit and some break down as you use them and become less harsh (like walmart scratch remover)
