Default BUILDING a MOTOR for my friend

ok heres was were doing taking a B18B block putting and a B16 head on it now we need more power so were going to change the pistions were going to put P30 (VTEC DELSOL) pistions in the motor now i need to know a few things
the bottom end has about 50000 miles on it in good condtion
1. bottom end bearings do they need to be changed? (rod and crank)
2. when changing the pistions does the block need to be BORED or HONED or can ge just swap the pistions
3. are we going to need to worry about valve releve in the pistions
4. when R&R the rods for installing the pistions can i just use the exacte bearing that came from the rods
5 are the wrist pins on the p30 pistions the same size as the wrist pins on the B18B pistions

please include any info or web sites i need or dont have or problems that may ocour thanks for your help
