blox type a cams or bc 3+?

Which is a better cam for a stage 1 set up. Stock compression on a gsr. I saw a post where the blox type a made the same power as type b and both of those cams made more power than bc3 (both low end/midrange and top end), but theres also a posts that states that bc3 will make more power. Anybody have dynos to prove it? or support this statement?

I would use the Blox B's. Good cams, and easy to tune. Just make sure that you replace springs and retainers as well.
