Default How do I ID a cam shaft in my engine?

See, the trouble is that I bought an engine that has been imported from Japan and when I opened it up, it has titanium springs and retainers in it. I'm happy but someone pointed out that it's unlikely that the previous owner would put in Ti bits and not change the cams. I'm now wondering how I can ID the cams?

Anyone got any ideas?

Sorry. It's a B16b. I guess a micrometer would be the way to measure the lift but I was wondering if there were any markings that would make id easier.
