Default Stocked RSX converting....please help.

hey guys, i just got a Stocked RSX 02 Type S with 70k on it.
I want better handling and speed.
I was thinking about DC Strut bars, AEM V2 Intake, & N1 Catback for starts?

Any suggestions guys? Help a girl out.

Well i have a V2 for sale if you want to buy it. Personally i wouldn't go with DC struts bars because they're very flexable. I can bend them with my bare hands. The N1 cat-back is a good choice.

I would go injen CAI and for exhuast something like HKS, greddy or fujitsubo. as for bars it's not really that needed. go with and ITR rear sway bar.

DO NOT just get an itr sway bar. A sway bar is for suspension tuning and should not be add as a bolt-on. First you must have a good set of fully adjustable coil-overs and get them adjusted and aligned correctly. If the way you are drivng is producing too much understeer THEN you fine tune it with a sway bar. And an itr sway is not always the answer. You may need a stiffer bar to get the desired affect, depending on how your driving it.

I would not reccomend a stiffer sway bar to some one that never drives the car harder than 7/10ths. Save your money for a GOOD, not springs or crappy coilovers, but a good set of coilover.

As far as suspension, the first upgrade MUST be tires. A decent set of falkens or yokos will do nicely. Learning to max out your cars ability stock is a must if you ever plan on modding more.

After tires I would go with a good set of coil-overs like tiens or D2's or B & G's.

As far as going faster, I suggest a CAI and then hondata #4 reflash as the best bang for the buck.

Note: I never had a plan when I started modding and I'm now paying extra to replace the short cuts I tried to take.
