How much horse power can i get if i add (performance) Headers Cat back and muffler in total on a 1992 honda accord ex

7-8 hps at the wheels...and that wont be constant throught the powerband, only at top end

Less than 5 whp. especially if you have no intake mods.

Putting on an aftermarket EX header is useless since theyre better designed from he start. Instead get a catback, intake, and maybe get a throttle bore from maxbore.com. Thats good intake/exhaust mods right there

I'd also remove/replace the cat converter with a high flow one if youve got it, the damned things probably all clogged up.

Throttle bore is not something to consider until after get bigger cams, bump compression and have some head work done. It may net you 1hp stock.
