Need help deciding

I have an 95 LS with just Greddy Evo exhaust, AEM short ram intake, DC 4-1 headers.....which I plan on keeping N/A(not looking for HUGE power, daily driven lots of miles)
The situation.....
I just got offered a complete B16 head with stock internals for $200
I originally had been planning on just going with the Skunk2 Stage III cams w/retainers, springs, etc....
Between the LS/VTEC conversion kit and stuff, either option comes out to be around the same price.
Which route should I go?
PS: B16 tranny is getting dropped in regardless

what do you want to do with the car? Are you going to road race? Auto X ?
Do you have a horsepower goal? Is the car daily driven?

They is crazy. But not as much work to take care of as an LS/VTEC setup (not speaking from experience).
