I changed to a SI cluster, and now my signals don't turn on?

srs problems usually occur when car has been hit- submerged in water etc- fixing it can be spendy
changing cluster and having signal not work sounds like a wiring issue - try the other cluster if they work then - wiring for sure-
antena - buy aftermarket simply to change !

 

i'm pretty sure the car was hit, but it was fixed very nicely.
could it be that the srs need to be reset?

crutchfield has a wide selection for cheap - - and yes - - you could swap the antenna with one arm behind your back
