did you use the original wire harness from the crx? because that would have been easier for you because you would only have to add the wires for vtec, knock , o2...

Did you modify the Si harness, run a sub harness or are you actually trying to use the wiring harness that came with that engine (or head, whatever)?

for that setup you want to stick with the Si wiring, and use a sub harness for the new plugs.
YOU CANNOT USE THE WIRING HARNESS THAT COMES WITH ANY B SERIES ENGINE

And heres the sub harness - http://www.rywire.com/sitob160.shtml

i just want to point out that YOU CAN USE A JDM ENGINE WIRE HARNESS! if you know your wiring then it can happen. last one i did was a 89 crx hf with a jdm sir b16a with jdm harness. all it was was to change the driver's side connector(vehicle side) to the bigger connector to fit the jdm connector and run about 5 wires from the drivers side to the passenger side.

yo. your just gonna have to match up the size of the belt at kragen, pepboys, etc. there should be a number on the belt that will be in millimeters. ie. 909, 875..etc. for example...if your belt is too long then just a shorter one
