Ok here goes
i got in to a wreak a little back and the car hit my tire fender front bumper hood driver side head light and bent the head light cage and radiator support.
i have replace the lca, the whole driver side suspention, tie rod(radius rod), tire and rim, head light care and radiator support, the fenders head lights blah blah blah...
any way no thats it all done i have one issue the driver side tire sets back to far cloes to the fender and i need to know if i can fix this the front cross member seems fine and so dose the back one i have had like 7 guys look at it they all say it seems fine to them.
( so this in short I need to know if there is a way to fix this myself and how )

Caster is a non adjustable angle on hondas, Which means something is bent.
I just did a alighnment on my buddys prelude and he had about 4 degrees positive caster. We couldnt figure out what it was.

I'd have to agree with Hatchbox, something still sounds bent...

So just to clarify a few things here:
1) Did the "whole driver side suspension" include changing the upper control arm or the knuckle? Either of those could contribute to this caster problem too.
2) By "tie rod(radius rod)", you meant each of those pieces right? The way the parenthesis were used makes one think you're showing two names for the same piece. The radius rod, one that goes into the front crossmember, could have an impact on caster if it is loose. If it was bent, I'd think the wheel would be pulled forward.

great questions glad you asked
1) The "whole driver side suspension" include changing the upper control arm AND the knuckle
2) radius rod. NO i didnt mean each of those pieces just the radius rod. "The radius rod, one that goes into the front crossmember, could have an impact on caster if it is loose. If it was bent, I'd think the wheel would be pulled forward."- it was bent thats why i replaced it

Interesting... I would've said maybe look at the crossmembers next, since the radius rod is mounted to the front one and the LCA is mounted to the rear one, but you said some people checked those. They could still be bent a little, just locally at the those mounting points...
I had a track incident on that same corner of the car that gave some funky driver side caster. Luckily it wasn't as severe, as it turned out the stock radius rod bushing got compressed in the hit and partially rebounded. Replacing it fixed my problem. That shouldn't be your problem since that would have been caught when you replaced the radious rod.
Could the unibody be bent? Like say, where the upper control arm mounts by those two anchor bolts. You'd probably have to take it to a frame repair/alignment place and get the car on a rack to measure everything however.

well as it seems if some thing was bent i would say its on the back cross member but i dont think it would be the cross member it self but instead the mount where the lca is held.
and somthing i just thought of is that i could only get one bolt in the radius rod and i did not replace the bushings.
