how and what to use to POLISH my ITB horns??

Hey sup well the time has come.. my ITB horns are dull so i wanna polish them from my TWM's there aluminum "i think its aluminum haha) and i was wondering what would be the best thing to use for a Bling BLang status..

mother's polish

and i heard it's best to polish while the engine is running, and to have ur friend blip the throttle while doing so..

sorta like bleeding ur brakes.
