B16A swap
Were putting a B16A into a 94 ex civic, it is an obd0 motor going into a obd1 car so what all do we need to make that work, a distrubutor and a new ecu right? what should the ecu and distrubutor come off of? a obd1 b16a?
if its obd0 its got to be the jdm first one in the crx. any way you will need a obd1 a full dizzy, wire harness for your ecu from obd0to obd1 and the obd1 ecu for your motor or a chiped p28 will work. all and also you should upgrade to a obd1 intake mani because of the crazy vacum design on the intake mani. i think thats it but i would go to http://www.pgmfi.org i think they have some info on how to do it some were in there website. hope this helps.

you need an obd1 alt. obd1 diz. obd1 injectors or stock b16's with resistor box, obd1 O2 sensor, stock wire harness from ex, stock ecu-socketed and chipped with p30 program.

the injectors that came on your b16 are meant to run in conjuction with the resistor box. a p30 will work if you have one, and you will NOT need a new intake manifold, although the obd1's without the throttle/shifting control POS are better.

You can go OBD1 or OBD2. To do OBD1 you'll need the parts from a 94-95 Honda Del Sol VTEC, for OBD2 you'll need parts from 96-97 Honda Del Sol VTEC or 99-00 Honda Civic Si. * When I say parts, I mean ecu, shift linkage, dizzy, sensors, etc...

someone posting about a b16a swap with 3 post saying that it is obd 0 sounds kinda weird. considering that the only b16a's that are obd 0 are the b16a SiR (1) and the JDM integra Xsi and Rsi.
that would be why it would be nice to know what b16a it is
dont attempt to flame unless you know
