93 ex with b18c5

i have the swap in and running but has problems with idle, and when i give it gas it cuts out. I was thinking new fuel pump or fuel regulator. not sure what to do, any ideas would help thanks

what ecu are u using ? sensors hooked up, such as map & tps ?

chipped 28 (skunk2) and everything is hooked up right
