Default 3.5" 3-bolt exhaust flange

anyone know a place that can make or sells 3-bolt exhaust flange with 3.5" diameter hole. 3/8 mild steel is fine.

its for a 3.5" e-cutout.

You're on crack if you expect to pay that much. Here's why...

A. It's stainless steel.
B. Machine shop costs.
C. 3.5" isn't used as often as 3" or 4" so per part it will cost more to make the same amount of profit.

Expect to pay what ? 50 cents or 42 dollars ? Because I have gotten them for 50 cents before, actually 1.50, 50 cents for the mild steel.
