Right now my valve cover is in awsome condition but i kinda want it to match my new blue paint job. I like the wrink paint so do i just use aircraft paint stripper to get off the current black paint on the H23 then prime and paint or do i get paint off then sand it down at all then prime and use wrinkle paint. because doenst the cover already have a wrinkle texture.
