Default fully built ls head

Has anyone build an B18B head with crower cams and retainer, valve springs. and did you use stock valves? the word is out here in v.a. is that stock valves is the best valves. i have stage 2 crower cams and retainers and valve springs but now im thinking if i should spend the extra $300 on crower valves

I've used stock valves with good results. They have a good shape and are very reliable.

get stock valves they work fine and have them swirl-polished it will help with flow and fuel atomization.
