Default do i need to balance these?

for my ls/vtec engine i can get a set of LS rods w/ usdm type-r pistons (p73 i think) already on them. assuming i have no imperfections in the crank/cylinder-walls and i get new rings and bearings, i would just have to balance the new pistons. now, do i just get them balanced on the crank and then just use it in the engine. or do i need to balance the whole engine together?

also, if anyone knows places in CT that work w/ hondas and their prices for this kinda job?

All of the rotational assembly together, Flywheel, pistons, crank, rods, crank pulley...

ok, then how about this next scenario. i also have a set of 4 LS rods w/ ls pistons, but one rod is bent. so i was gonna go to acura and buy the same number rod. if i get that same number rod and get it pressed on the piston, do i need to balance then? i heard honda does it all from the factory, that's why they have those numbers on parts. so if i get the same weight rods, it will be a perfect match?
