I have a 88 hatch with a b16 and I was looking to upgrading my fuel system and had a quick question. I bought a gsr fuel pump from a guy out of his 92 hatch and wanted to know if anybody knew what the wiring is to change it over to adapt to my car? I heard that it should work fine but the plugs were different. And also from some people I have heard you need to drop the gas tank to install the new fuel pump but another guy said if you lift up the plate and look at the top of the fuel pump you can twist and pull up and it is right there?? Thanks for all the help and if there are any pics of these things I would much appreciate them.
I would suggest the supra fuel pump.
same as the stock ef fuel pump but much better output.
I had on in the std on the itr motor
gsr might be different plus the supra is OEM
if you upgrade you might need to upgrade the wires for more voltage. not need unless you have a turbo or something major.

Yeah I see your point about being a little over kill but I am running ctr pistons and cams and upgrading to 2.5 inch piping and going with a 50 shot soon so I am looking for more fuel to my motor to give me that extra push i need to feed the system. Any other suggestions that would go great in my case as far as upgrades or installing that???

Last generation supra tt....
When you put it in though you have to use a thicker gauge wire then the stock honda bullshit because it gets really hot..
