Default sparks plugs 4 ls/vtec???

i have a built ls/vtec motor and im wondering what plugs to run??? i have about 12.5.1 comp with b16a2 head completely stock... any help would be apperciated...

You can run bkr7e-11 and be fine. If you want, then take it a step colder, but the bkr7e-11 should be fine for your setup.
