general rule of thumb
5psi stock
5-10psi one range colder
10-15psi two ranges colder
15-up psi three ranges or more colder than stock

ones pregapped ones not or so I heard, just run what i quoted im using those in my turbo z6 now

edit

quoted from 1992si on d-series.org

''Go to the auto parts store that carry's NGK. Order NGK p/n 6097. That is the BRK7E. It is two step's colder. I keep the p/n here next to my PC. Don't use any other NGK plug unless you want there race plug.

Those of us that know have called NGK (it's free) and ask one of the Tech's. They will tell you more then you had any idea they knew. Use the BKR7E it comes gapped at .028 the BKR7E-11 comes gapped at .041 or 11mm.''

They should cost you about $2.00 each.

go to the FAQ.
