Either you shorted something out(likely) like your started or something. Check fuses and everthing. Or you just have a bad ground and it coinsidentally showed up now.

No i dont think its any of that , my car sometimes does this but then it starts. I dont think there is anything wrong but just some anti-theft thing that i cant figure out. The radio also says to put the code in.

Yes , when i was putting it back on I made sure it was tight. I even entered the code for the radio and that works fine

I think that 5th generation preludes have a immobilizer system and maybe its something with that. Also i dont think that its anything else because before i disconected the battery everything was fine

Make sure your battery terminals are clean, this type of thing happened to me not too long ago. I spent 2 days checking the alternator, starter, fuses, grounds etc..... and it all turned out to be a dirty battery terminal. I soaked mine in a cup of coke and it did the trick

how do you have 1300 posts yet you cant figure out something as simple as this ?
When you turn the key does the car click or make any sort of starter noise ? When in the acc position do you hear the fuel pump kick on ? If no starter noise check the battery connection, or battery voltage. no fuel pump noise check the fuse. If the battery is good and you know for a FACT that is it. ( IE brand new or something) then its possible it could be a main relay or something of that nature. Check all the basic **** first.

When i turn the key it doesnt make it noise , believe me man i have been in and out trying all sorts of ****. I disconnected and battery and made sure the connection was good. Also there is no fuel pump noise. Where would i go to check the fuse and how would i know if it is good? ( sorry i am not too technical). Also once i put the key in and try to start it the abs light stays on and when i am not starting it goes off.

sounds like a dead batt to me. turn the headlights on. they come on at all? real dim ? batterys are fickle like that man. one minute they work, the next minute you may have grounded it out or something like that. all im saying is voltage test it or try and charge it. or take another car battery and try and start her up.

I already tried jumping it, its also a 5 speed and i have tried pop starting it. it doenst crank at all and no noise at all . Could be a either a ignition switch or maybe a clutch switch?

if you tried boosting it and it didnt boost.. than a) you have a completely dead battery and the boost wont work due to high resistance in the wires blah blah..) usually not the cause expecially since you had your car working a few hours/minutes prior to you disconnecting the battery.
so leads to
first off why did you disconnect the battery? lol
something prior or post battery disconnecting may have triggered your "no start"
id try checking fueses #1..
then #2 this alarm you say you have.. is prob your cause
need to turn it off..
usually they put a kill switch somewhere around the kick pannel or hidden on top of your pedals (plastic cover under the steering wheel)
i dont know about oem alarms and how they work on preludes but as to your immobilizer.. thats simply to prevent people from stealing your car... key is programmed with a chip so thats prob not your problem since using the same key..
check fuses then your alrm system.. if you can find the alarm computer unplug it and should start if wired up semi-pro style

if u disconnected the neg terminal while the car was running, it very likely shorted something. even if u didn't, it's worth a shot to try a new battery. starter could have gotten blown out accidentally by something. the masterminds here at honda-tech could help eliminate a lot of possibilities if a new battery is in there. also, check the "big blocky fuses" and look for any signs of being blown. just my two cents.
wow. Thats an insane complaint. It check your igniton switch on the odd chance it malfunctioned somehow. other than that your starter must be screwed because you hear no noise coming from the solonoid. peace, love, 'n' chicken grease.
