you should have more compression
I have a 1.8L ls/vtec with JE 11:5:1 compression pistons and I had 275 on all 4

Different gauges read differently, just like dynos. As long as the readings are consitant between cylinders, it's okay.

You're a little low on cylinder 2, but thats the hot one, and probably to be expected. Over all it looks very good, I would be happy.

which camshafts are you using and how are they currently adjusted on the cam gears ? that will make a big difference in compression test pressure. Given that 3 cyl are similar and one slightly less I'd say you're fine.

not trying to thread jack but j/w if my compression test was okay too...i dont know what compression exactly but i have wiseco 11.8:1 with a milled head...about .020 milled...so looking to be around 12:1+/-...anyways i'm using crower stage 2 cams, VL .007/.008.

cyl. 1...250
cyl. 2...250
cyl. 3...255
cyl. 4...245

the motor only had about 300-400 miles on it at the time...hoping that the rings will seal up a little bit more as i put more miles on it...what do you think?

Those numbers are fine. Consistant across the cylinders is what is important.
