I purchased a S2000 Antenna for under $5 bucks so didn't think it would be a huge loss if this doesn't work but wondering if its possible to fit the S2000 antenna in my 1997 Honda Civic hatch?

If anyone knows a tutorial/link to where I can find out, would be appreciated. Tried looking on honda-tech and checked few search engines but coudn't find anything....

I did it on my 96 Civic Ex, but it was all homemade and ghetto . You basically have to unscrew the black cap that holds your stock antenna up and rip out the stock silver antenna. The whole antenna assembly will come out when you unplug the antenna wire and then i connected the antenna wire to the bottom of the s2000 antenna(the screw) and pushed the top of the s2000 antenna through the black cap and bolted it back up. My radio works fine and I now got a s2000 antenna .

But its pretty self explanatory bro. I mean I just told you step by step how 2 do it so if you cant understand that, then you must be slow...
Its not hard at all.... I did this conversion 2 plenty of Ek's around my area...

Yeah i understand most of the "instructions" you posted, but for the EK antenna you just "ripped/pulled" it out and took the wires and connected it to the "screw" part of the s2k right? after that you slid the s2k antenna through the black cap and it fit fine?
