how much would it cost for EVERYTHING to buy a USDM gsr motor and a clean 92-95 hatch with all interior and exterior and have it swapped in?

i'm debating to do it myself or buy one.

also, how much is a clean hatch
with all stock and clean interior and exterior parts with a usdm 99 gsr motor with about 50k worth?
only problem is a check engine light and it runs a little too rich, (doesn't pass emissions) working a/c but no p/s, and it needs new rotors.

anyone have any advice? anything i should be aware of? disadvantages/advantages? anyway to fix the check engine light and get the gas mileage going right?

outside is white, clean except for your everyday dings
inside is imaculate, with all the black interior

engine looks clean with exception to the engine light (running rich)

oh yea, it has the gsr brakes all the way around, just needs new rotors and pads

anywhere from 4500 to 5000 is reasonable pictures would help

 

i know, i just saw the car the other day, but i didn't take any pictures

i just hope down the road i'm not disappointed dropping 4500
