Help anyone I am thinking of doing a b20z swap in my eg hatch and i am also tring to find a vtec head. What parts will i need to run a stock b20vtec in my hatch?

Tried searching but does give me enough info as to what exactly i would need, so i wanted to know if i started post if it would help me get some more info
