Just here to post a "Journal" like thread. This is a 1988 Honda CRX HF. I have big plans for this sucker, since im keeping it.

Plans:
Paint it white, with black moldings.
Swap a y8 head and add VTEC
get some nice stock rims, SI possibly.
Get a complete si interior

More as it comes.

Thats hella dirty tranny. Its going to be cleaned.


^ have to take out tranny to get resurfaced, i just need an adapter so i can use my air gun.



SO far i have fixed the rear bumper, and bumper support. removed all of the tint the windows had. Put a passenger si seat, since the driver seat was all torn. stripped the interior. replaced all screws with brand new shiny screws.

More to come.

alot of work. Im taking of the sideskirts, and putting the stock ones back.

This week end im going to start doing some body work, and maybe some tweaking of stuff.

i got a d16y8 head in great shape, missing dizzy cam and solenoid if interested

 

did just a new bumper support give that much improvement to the fit, or did you have to fix the bumper also?

ill keep that in mind, right now im saving for the paint. plans are to have it painted by summer.

i just fixed the damaged fender. Its funny, because all we did was heat it and hammer it out. Bumper came off its "track" so i had to put it back in its place, luckily the bumper wasnt bent or cracked.

 

also, the car is now running and will have pics up soon

Also, i may getting to new rims this weekend, if my homie gets his new wheels.

update:

I just got my 91 si taillights, my si dash, stock side skirts, a carpet, new wheels (rolling on 2 of them, because one of the new ones has a leak )


Also, the car is getting painted from the inside this weekend, and hopefully next weekend i will paint it all.

Also, im going b16a, so this sucka is going to be pulling.
