Default hankook from pep boys

i recently bought 1 hankook tire from pep boys and so far i've had to return it for them to replace the valve stem because of leak. after having the dealership take a look at my suspension because i've been getting some weird feeling from my steering wheel, they said the hankook tire was bad (nothing specific). my question is will pep boys give me a cash refund now that i've had to replace the valve stem once and the tire is still bad? when i initially took it back to pep boys for them to replace the valve stem and ask to see if i could get a refund, they said no since it's already used? the tire is 2 weeks old. i really want a refund so i can go to sears and by goodyear bc i've already had bought 2 goodyears from them and in the process of converting 2 other tire into goodyear.

Valve stems have NOTHING to do with the tires. They are attached to the rim, and allow air in or out of the stem. I dont see how you think your tire is bad? Unless it has a damaged/sliced sidewall, or show bad signs of feathered edges/camber wear/uneven wear - there cant be anything worng with it. You had a bad valve stem, big deal it was replaced. When they checked your tire at Pepboys, did they try to rebalance it? That would indicate where your vibration could be coming from. Did they tell you what they did to check it? "Visual inspection"- just means they looked at it.
I think you need to rotate the tire to the rear of the car to see if the vibration goes away. Its a free way to test if the tire is really the problem.

it feels as if i am riding on 3 tires only. ever get that feeling when one tire is about to pop while driving? usually my steering wheel feels solid when turning side to side but ever since i had the tire put on it's like i am riding on 3 tires on the ground 1 barely makes ground contact. There is NO VIBRATION on the car Chris(first chris). i had honda dealership do my inspection on the suspension bc that's what i initially thought it was. they wrote on the work order receipt that i had a "bad left tire". i didn't even tell them which one i got from sears and pep boys and the bad left tire is the one from pep boys that had valve stem leaking problem. when my finals are over later this week, i am going to pep boys and demand a refund since it's a product defect. i hope they don't raise hell with me.
