Default Port and polish on a sohc motor

I searched and could not find much if any info on p&p jobs on sohc engines. Anyway I am doing my cam gear/shaft along with my head gasket and a few other things and was wondering if this deal I found was really a deal and what kind of power would it put out, and if its worth buying. Here is the link to the item take a look if you can thanks!

well im not really saving for one, its just when the bottom end goes im done with the d series engine and want to go with a B..I have 93000 miles on my car and runs great but i hate spending money if im going to upgrade the engine once its gone, but i figured if the GAIN was good enough with cams IM exhaust ect. i would do it.

So im going to bump this up again to get more help
