I need help!!! What is the diff in obd1 and ob2 gsr swap

Im putting a swap in my 99 si. Just trying to figure out what I got too do to make my swap work. Like mounts and wiring please help? I also need the harness that goes through the firewall on the passenger side? Help me guys? Also as stated earlier is there a way to figure out the diff.

get an obd2 engine so your stock harness will completely plug in (except for the IAT and IAB). use all your stock Si mounts. of course you could have found this all out by searching.
