Default d15b7-t or ls swap

i already have a .42 a/r t3 turbo and a dsm intercooler and bov, i have around 500 bux to spend which i could use to finish my turbo setup, or should i sell the turbo for around 200 and the intercoolr and bov and then go buy an ls swap? i dont have a job at the moment so i wont be able to do much to the ls motor so i don't know which to do =\

I would turbo the D since you already have some parts for it. But get a job before you do anything. If something happens in the process of boost or you need any extra parts you wont have any extra money.

GET A JOB. But get one that pays good and with good hours. If your job sucks and you dont get enough money you wont beable to do anything to your car. As for the engine swap, that is up to whether you want to keep the engine it came with or put in a different one.

^^Hell Yeah!^^

I'd turbo my D if i didn't have the sneaking suspition that something was wrong with my tranny. (probably just being paranoid) But i'm gonna get an LS swap with a B16 tranny w/lsd from hmotorsonline. Then maybe turbo that later. But hell, your halfway there man! go turbo-d AFTER you find a good stable job! Good luck!

LS, if you don't feel like getting a job. A turbo would require premium fuel, and has the potential of killing your D15B7 (although fairly unlikely).

no dont get a ex/si tranny. keep the dx tranny. it has long gears. you dont want the si's short *** gears when boosting.
