like title says, is this hood vis or not? i know it doesn't have the sticker but could it have fallen or been taken off? plus does anyone know how to remove the hood locks on my hood? seems thay've been punched in.

 

im not sure if that's a vis hood or not, but those are hood pins, if you remove them you will have a hole right there...
