Default my first motor build up(B16), need some assistance.....

hey this is my first motor swap, and im goin N/A w/ her. i dont know all too much about buildin it, but i know some. its a jdm B16 thats goin into my EK coupe. so far it has Skunk2 intake manifold, STR 68mm TB, GSR head and LS tranny. but before i swap it, i wanna throw in:
CTR pistons
CTR cams
CTR rods (worth the time and money to throw in???)
stock crank, balanced
port/polish head (how much $$?)

i know the comp in a CTR is 10.8:1, so does that mean that it'll be the same in mine? my goal is to keep it around 11:1. Are the CTR rods worth buyin, or are my stock rods fine? i dont think i need to upgrade the valvetrain, but i heard that i need dual valve springs on the CTR cams. While the motor is apart, what other parts would be worth adding? i also wanna know how much $$ is it to port the head, cuz im thinkin about that too. my goal w/ this motor is to get 200whp, but will these mods get it there? thanks
Sean

CTR rods won't fit. Compression in your motor will increase a good bit over stock, there was a good thread on it recently, plus a sticky here in the all motor forum.

Hitting 200 whp in a B16 is quite a task. Personally, I'd consider some larger cams.
