One more question about Crome
For an OBD-0 ecu, can crome eliminate the need for the secondary O2 sensor? I was planning on running only a heated 4-wire O2 sensor for the primary since the header bung is way down on the collector. But I am going to have to run the secondary O2 sensor, if so, any suggestions where to place the bung for it?? Thanks
you would probably get a better answer at pgmfi.org, not too many crome user with obd0 in here. i don't know now you are planning on running a heat o2 sensor with obd0 ecu. are you running a separate heater controller for the o2 sensor. if you are going to keep the sensor setup like oem, than they have to be from cylinder 1-4 and 2-3, if not your car will run like crap at part throttle. if you are just going to run 1 o2 sensor, then just hook both o2 wires from the ecu to the one sensor, that's how i had my setup on my boosted b16a with pr3 ecu. i just used one single wire 02 sensor and mount as close to the down pipe as possible to get enough heat.
