hi, i was wondering if a 93-96 del sol d16z6 will directly bolt into my 95 civic?

I thought is 96 they switched over to OBD2 and they came out with the new D series engines(like D16y8). Which are OBD2. Well the del sol could be an odd ball.

 

yes it will bolt right in and no 96 - 97 del sols si's had a d16y8

 

the book i have on civics/del sols says they were switched to the OBD2 engines in 96 like every other civic.

yes same engine different car. thats it

 

92-95 obd1 D16z6
96- obd2 d16y8.
and yes it will go in.
