hood just wont close we put a gsr sir-G swap hydro conversion everything into a DX crx with the hasport mounts and hydro conversion kit. it seems like its hittin on the valvecover and u can fit 2 fingers into the gap of the hood and drivers side fender

done that still seems weird.. i dont get it could the hasport mounts just sit the motor that high up?

You have to cut some webbing out. Everybody using hasport mounts with a b18 in a crx has the same issue...

 

I've also heard of hood clearance issues with a B18C in a CRX. I've seen people either get the CRX Si-R hood or copy that has a bubble for extra clearance.

 

If you want to run the car that bad, take a hammer and beat the hood out. LOL
